Refund Policy

Onze+ offers a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Unless a refund is required by law or confirmed by us, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

We offer a full refund for any Onze+ membership payment requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date. This 14-day refund window applies without exceptions or conditions. After the 14-day window, we do not normally provide refunds or credits for unused time in a monthly or annual billing period, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. If you have a legal right to cancel or receive a refund, we will honour it.

Email [email protected] with the email address used for your account, the date and amount of the payment, and a brief description of the issue. Requests made within 14 calendar days of payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
